Naunton Dovecote Trust takes your privacy seriously and will use your personal information only to communicate directly with yourself, administer your purchases from us and to seek and administer donations. Occasionally we will send you information about the Trust and related events that may be of interest to you, if you are happy for us to do so.  If you prefer not to receive such communications from us, please let us know by email, or post, and we will delete your details from our mailing list.

 Our purpose:

  • The object of Naunton Dovecote Trust, as a charity, is the “Restoration, conservation and maintenance of grade II* listed Dovecote in Naunton and Curtilege”. 
  • To achieve this object, it is necessary, amongst other things, to market Trust specific merchandise, to seek donations to support the charity, and to process the purchases and donations.

You should know that:

• the information we keep on record is only communications you have sent to us, your name, address, email address, telephone number, purchases and, where relevant, donation amounts and gift-aid details

• we use this information only for letting you know about our Trust and related institutions/events that may be of interest to you, processing purchases; seeking and processing donations

• we never pass your details to anyone else, with the sole exception of when we claim gift-aid from HMRC

• you can ask us at any time to delete your details from our mailing list  –  just contact us by email or post

We only use anonymous functional cookies (to GDPR required standard of anonymity) which use/store no personally identifiable information. They are solely for our own use to:

  • Count the number of visits to each page on our web site, so we can see which pages are most popular/useful for our users and to assess web site performance and potential technical issues
