We take this opportunity to welcome our new Trustee, Gill Bell, who was appointed in September 2020.  Gill lives very close to the Dovecote site and has been mowing the farmyard area for us for many months.  She and husband Peter also manage the area by the river, between the field gate and the turbine house.  They follow a careful regime designed to help people access the points of interest without interfering with the natural vegetation and invertebrate habitats along the riverbank .

Gill is a very regular visitor to the Dovecote site and keeps an eye out for litter louts and visitors who do not respect the tranquil, rural nature of the location.

Trustee Donna Renney who has now moved from the village, will stand down when she has completed her final task – to help prepare an Environmental Policy for the Dovecote site.
